Conference Refund Policy
Registration cancellations must be received in writing prior to August 30, 2012 to be considered for a refund. Fax requests to 816-532-4945. All refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee.
No refunds will be granted after August 30, 2012. (Note: UPMG will accept name changes to existing registrations at any time.)
